Mixtura 30CrMoV9 produci solet ab EAF /VD /LF, deinde electroslag expolitio (ESR) si ad specialem usum necessaria. Vectes et, ubi applicabiles sunt, cudendi examini subiciuntur ultrasonic, secundum diversum gradum secundum exigentias emptorum. Claustra sub condicione vel  subindicato  speciatim  solere subministrantur.

  5. Superficies duritiei post nitriding: 800 HV
  6. Obduratio: obduratio a temperie 850-880oC sequitur oleum restinguendi.
