LSAW (Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welding) steel pipe is a type of welded steel pipe used for conveying fluids like oil, gas, and water. It is made by using a single steel plate as raw material, which is then formed into a cylindrical shape and welded longitudinally using submerged arc welding techniques.

The LSAW process involves feeding the steel plate through a series of rollers that gradually form it into a cylindrical shape. The edges of the plate are then prepared for welding, and the pipe is submerged in a flux material to protect it from oxidation during welding.
